Note: LED bulb not included. Compatible with standard E27 LED bulbs (recommended: 4W–7W warm white for Amber variant, 4W–7W cool/neutral white for Grey variant). Bulbs are available separately on our site.

• Dusting: Wipe glass pendants gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do this once a fortnight to maintain light clarity and prevent dust build-up on the glass surface.
• Deep clean: Dampen the cloth very slightly with water — no soap or chemical cleaners on the glass or metal. Dry immediately with a second cloth.
• Metal parts: Wipe the gold-finish canopy and wire with a dry cloth only. Avoid water contact on the metal frame to prevent tarnishing.
• Before cleaning: Always switch off the light and allow bulbs to cool for at least 10 minutes before handling.
• Avoid: Abrasive sponges, alcohol-based cleaners, or spray cleaners directly on the fixture. These will damage the glass finish and corrode the metal over time.
• Bulb care: Handle bulbs with a dry cloth or gloves — skin oils can reduce LED bulb lifespan.

Refund & Replacement

• Please share an unboxing video and photos of the damage — this helps us process your request immediately.
• Approved replacements are dispatched within 7–10 working days.
