Return/Refund Policy: We have a no-question-asked return policy applicable only in the case of defective products. Contact us at info@sparclights.in or +91 9871 770 554 for a response within 24 hours. Return requests are accepted within 7 days of product receipt for defective items. Please return defective items in the original packaging with all accessories intact. Return the product(s) to the nearest store/warehouse; the customer will be responsible for transportation or courier charges. Sparc Lights Company will conduct verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy. Refunds take 5 to 7 working days upon receiving the defective product in good condition. A credit note against returned items in perfect condition may take up to 2 business days to issue.
Exchange Policy: For damaged/defective/incorrect products, contact customer service via email at info@sparclights.in within 48 hours of delivery. Report broken or non-working products with an unboxing video within 48 hours for a 100% free replacement. If the issue is reported within a week post-delivery, a 15% charge will be applied, and a replacement provided. Product issues reported after one week from delivery will not be entertained. Microscopic defects not visible upon installation will not be considered. Sparc Lights will verify the authenticity of complaints and initiate the replacement process if deemed genuine. Returned products are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. Shipping costs for illegitimate claims will be borne by the customer.
